01 - The Tickets section is especially for the sale of tickets for Latin Music Festival LLC, a business partner of Avatshop LLC. By making a purchase in said section, you automatically accept the conditions of use of the platform, regarding the distribution and use of the information, explained in Privacy.
02 - Under no circumstances are refunds of payments made by Stripe allowed if the event / concert has been attended.
03 - Appeals, disputes or refunds via Stripe are not allowed if the person has enjoyed our services, has not attended the event of their own free will, or for any other reason beyond Latin Music Festival.
04 - If the event has not yet occurred, no refunds will be made via Stripe, because the event has not yet taken place.
05 - By making a purchase at tickets.avatshop.com you are accepting all our policies regarding refunds and disputes.
06 - Changes may be made to our terms and conditions without prior notice or authorization from our users.
